Tangle Step-out for ROOTED, an Original Tangle by Cindy Rae Fancher, CZT®

On day 173 of the Finding Your Creative Bones® devotional, with the help of the Holy Spirit, I drew the tangle ROOTED while thinking about how we can sometimes be easily moved to focus on our problems rather than seeing the flowers, the beauty of life. ROOTED helps me think of being rooted in what matters by allowing beauty to be all we see in times of distress. It isn't easy, but we can learn how to be happier if we train ourselves.

My tangles represent a thought, but this tangle fits into the non-representational category.

I hope you enjoy following the Tangle Step-out for ROOTED to create your version of ROOTED.

ROOTED Tangle Step-out Original and Drawn by Texas Artist and Author Cindy Rae Fancher, CZT®

I tangled ROOTED on a watercolor background on Day 173 of the FYCB Blog and the book. I love the simplicity of a single tangle on a Golden QoR watercolor background using a Micron 01 fine liner. The step-out also uses a red Micron 01 fine liner.

The Zentangle® Method reminds us there are no mistakes. Only opportunities!!! You can also see that there are many ways to Tangle ROOTED. Have fun playing with your versions!
