Do you seek help from the Holy Spirit to grow and become more holy?
You are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God is in you. But if any man has not the Spirit of Christ he is not one of his. (Romans 8.09 Bible in Basic English (BBE))
And all those who are guided by the Spirit of God are sons of God. (Romans 8.14 Bible in Basic English (BBE))
Are you allowing the Spirit to intercede for you? Are you willingly accepting the love available to you? Do you breathe in the Spirit as oxygen/air to your physical being so that God and Jesus win over your body?
The Spirit, the Holy Spirit, aids you in your weakness, enhances your prayer, and elevates your plea to our Father. Through the Spirit, we become more holy. The Spirit intercedes for all who are righteous.
Prayer:
Holy Spirit, the voice of my conscience and wisdom giver, I look to you. I understand that if I seek help from the Holy Spirit, you will speak to our Father to assist me. I don't know what assistance I need today, but I am sure you see something in the depths of my heart and mind that requires healing and change. I look to you in your wisdom to speak with the Father on my behalf. I would be grateful if you and our Lord would help me grow in areas you know need attention. I trust that you can support me in developing my faith and actions to a deeper, more meaningful level, and I am ready. In Jesus Christ's name, I pray for your intercession with our Father. Amen
