Day 292 - Cultivate a Stronger Faith and Community Through Learning, Sharing, and Rejecting Evil

You can learn how to cultivate a stronger faith and community through continuous learning.

And through this he has given us the hope of great rewards highly to be valued; so that by them we might have our part in God's being, and be made free from the destruction which is in the world through the desires of the flesh.

So, for this very cause, take every care; joining virtue to faith, and knowledge to virtue, (2 Peter 1.4-5 Bible in Basic English (BBE))

Learn, grow, practice what you learn, be with others, share, abstain from evil, reject evil, and be devoted to the Lord and your faith. Show and be full of affection and love for God, yourself, and others. Focus your time on cultivating a stronger faith and a community around you focused on learning, sharing, and practicing your faith.

Prayer:

I pray for energy and steadfastness, Lord, to act and be as this Scripture describes. I believe in your promises, and I also think I can continue to grow more virtuous and more vital in my actions and beliefs. You show me so much love, and I need your help to return it to the world in all its fullness. Please teach me how to join virtue, faith, and knowledge. Guide, teach, and continue to shower your love on me and all in this beautiful world. I pray in Jesus Christ's name. Amen
