It is true. Our God loves everyone.

"Truly I say to you, Whoever says to this mountain, Be taken up and be put into the sea; and has no doubt in his heart, but has faith that what he says will come about, he will have his desire. For this reason I say to you, Whatever you make a request for in prayer, have faith that it has been given to you, and you will have it. And whenever you make a prayer, let there be forgiveness in your hearts, if you have anything against anyone; so that you may have forgiveness for your sins from your Father who is in heaven. (Exodus 11.23-25 Bible in Basic English (BBE))"

God loves Israel; over and over again, he protects his people. Story after story recounts his love and loyalty to them. Some even lead you to wonder how God had the patience to continue his passion for them. Many of those stories describe one person who believes and asks for forgiveness as the one who saved many others by consistency with their faith. The power of the faith of one.

Of course, there were moments when Israel tried God's patience. Yet, he has immense love for Israel to this day. Believing his passion is still with the Israelites would be more than fair. They have his heart.

He not only loves Israel, but God also loves everyone. God wholly loves those who follow him as Christians and believers in Jesus Christ's sacrifice. He loved us so much that he interwove our lives with Christ. God's love is infinite, and our comprehension of love is less than a drop of falling rain. Therefore, if we believe God loves us, it seems reasonable that God loves all people.

It is time to stop putting excuses in the path of love. We need to stop questioning how to love everyone. Instead, think of what this world would be if we followed Jesus' example of acceptance and love and acted in that love with one another. The power of one.

The power of prayer made with a request for forgiveness and love is gratefully accepted by our God.

Prayer:

God of light and all love, you know I cannot fathom the depth of your love for me and all people. Nor can I consistently return the love. But with your assistance, I can move closer daily to creating a heavenly kingdom on earth. To know who you are is what I seek. To love you in all I am is what I desire. So help me accept your love by demonstrating my faith in actions that are worthy of you with everyone I meet. I offer this prayer and request forgiveness for the times I am less than I could be. I know you, with your love, will accept my request, and that acceptance will help me be one of the ones changing this world with each action. In Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen
