Recognizing that the time is not right for something is as important as taking action.

After this, Jesus went from place to place in Galilee. He did not go about in Judaea, because the Jews were looking for a chance to put him to death.
But the feast of the Jews, the feast of tents, was near.
So his brothers said to him, Go away from here into Judaea so that your disciples may see the works which you do.
Because no man does things secretly if he has a desire that men may have knowledge of him. If you do these things, let yourself be seen by all men.
For even his brothers had no belief in him.
Jesus said to them, My time is still to come, but any time is good for you.
Having said these things to them, he still kept in Galilee.
But after his brothers had gone up to the feast, then he went up, not publicly, but in secret. (John 7.1-10 Bible in Basic English (BBE))

Jesus secretly goes to Judea for the Feast of Tents. The time was not yet suitable for him to share his message in Judea. There were many Jews there who hated him, and they wanted to kill him.

Jesus had to exercise wisdom to protect himself. Yet while Jesus was "incognito," he also displayed his faith teaching where he could after he decided to travel to Judea.

There may be a time when you feel the time is not right for something you need to do or that caution may be required to progress. Listen to this wisdom. The Holy Spirit will lead and guide you if you listen. As a human, you can quickly take action to rush things, just as the Apostles tried to do with Jesus. You will know when to do something and take action through listening and following your inner voice.

Prayer:

Lord, help me to hear the Holy Spirit's voice in all I do. Help me know when to take action and when I may need to hesitate. Help me learn what I need to know to be ready when the time is right. Help me sense if the time is now or is time to wait. I trust you to make sure I know what to do next. My actions and inaction will lead me closer to you. My journey brings me closer to you and hopefully helps others around me. When my time comes, allow me to be like a beacon on a lighthouse, guiding those trapped in a fog to safety. Your light is capable of changing the future, and I cannot wait to see where you take me and when. Amen.

OK, this prayer, amplified by the tangle, rates 10 stars, not just 5.

Wow, this is a keeper.

Thanks for being God's wonderful messenger.
